Shoulder & upper limb surgery
Dr Myhill's primary clinical focus is shoulder and upper limb surgery. His practice spans the shoulder, elbow and wrist, with a particular interest in rotator cuff pathology and shoulder replacement.
Approximately one-third of his upper limb practice involves sports injuries, one-third degenerative conditions, and one-third trauma. His training included an IBRA Scholarship at Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, covering complex elective and trauma procedures of the upper limb.

Shoulder Instability
Labral repair (Bankart) and Latarjet procedure for recurrent shoulder dislocation.
AC Joint Surgery
Surgical management of acromioclavicular joint pathology including separation and arthritis.
Biceps Tendon Surgery
Biceps tenodesis and tenotomy for long head of biceps pathology.
Tennis Elbow
Surgical management of lateral epicondylitis when conservative treatment has not provided relief.
OK Procedure (Elbow)
The Outerbridge-Kashiwagi procedure for elbow arthritis and loose bodies.
UCL Reconstruction
Ulnar collateral ligament reconstruction for medial elbow instability.
Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Surgical decompression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow.
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Carpal tunnel decompression for median nerve compression at the wrist.
Wrist Fractures
Surgical management of distal radius and scaphoid fractures.
